About 20 West
Conceived by Nicholas Lin and Adhika Maxi in the winter of 2008 over a conversation about duck fat and its many uses, 20 West – Culinary books and private dining is dedicated to the advancement of culinary culture
and awareness in South-east Asia.
20 West is the publisher of the Bachelor’s Banquet cookbook franchise; simple and seductive recipes for men on a mission to impress. Nick and Max also provide private dining and culinary master classes in Singapore and Jakarta.
Trained culinary and marketing professional, Nick and Max met at 20 West Street in New York City and are now based in Singapore, Jakarta and New York. Constantly at the forefront of food culture in Asia, Nick and Max will be producing more books, new food concepts and cooking videos scheduled for launch in 2010.
